2021 (Sophomore):

• All-NSAA Team
• NSAA Runner of the Week (Oct. 19)
• Ran in seven events for the V-Hawks
• Set a new 5k PR at the Seminole Valley Stampede with a time of 19:57.6
• Had a personal-best 6k time at the Jim Drews/Neubauer Invite with a time of 24:09.0
• Placed fifth at the NSAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 21:03.0
• Ran a 22:14.9 5k at the NAIA Cross Country Championships

2020 (Freshman):

• All-NSAA Team
• Ran in all six races in her first season
• Had a personal-best time of 20:19 at the Mount Mercy Jamboree
• Finished in the top-25 four times on the season
• Placed sixth at the NSAA Championships with a time of 20:54
• Led the V-Hawks at Nationals with a 5k time of 20:38

High School:

• Captain of the Cross Country team for junior and senior year at Monona Grove High School
• Participated in basketball for two years
• Member of National Honor Society and graduated with high honors

Personal:

• Majoring in Engineering
