Newbauer Reaches Third Round of Singles Championships

Anderson Three-Peats as NSAA Track Athlete of the Week

BISMARK, ND. – The North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) has officially announced the third edition of their 2024 Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week, and Jalen Anderson has been selected as the Track Athlete of the Week. This is hos third straight week winning the award. He is joined by Galen Brantley III from Dickinson State (N.D.) as the Field Athlete of the Week.
V-Hawks Finishes Fifth at Mount Mercy Invite

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa- The Viterbo University Women’s Golf team competed at the Mount Mercy University Invite on April 15. Due to weather, the meet changed from a two-day tournament to a one-day, 27-hole meet. The V-Hawks took 5th out of 8 teams, having a total score of 542 (+110).
Newbauer set to Compete for Individual National Championship

JEFFERSONTOWN, Ky. – The United states Bowling Congress Intercollegiate Singles Championship begins today, and Viterbo’s Emily Newbauer has qualified to complete. Newbauer is one of 24 individuals set to compete for the individual national title.

MANKATO, Minn. – The Viterbo University Men’s Trak and Field team took eighth place out of 12 teams at the Mankato State Minnesota Open on Saturday with 20.5 team points.

SAAC Earns Student Organization Project of the Year

LA CROSSE, Wis.- The Viterbo Athletics Student Athlete Advisory Committee was recognized alongside RHA and SGA at the Student Recognition Ceremony on April 10th. The three groups were awarded Student Organization Project of the Year for their hard work and dedication to the Winter Formal that took place in February.

LA CROSSE, Wis. – The Viterbo University Men’s Volleyball team saw their season come to an end on Tuesday night, following a 3-1 (20-25, 25-23, 15-25, 21-25) loss to St. Ambrose University (Iowa). The V-Hawks fall to 11-18 (2-8 CCAC) on the year, while the Bees improve to 8-25 (3-7 CCAC).
