2021 (Junior):

• Competed in all six races for the V-Hawks
• Ran a personal best 6k time of 24:45.8 at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invite
• Finished 6th place at the NSAA Cross Country Championships in the 5k with a time of 21:12.6
• Ran a season best 5k with a time of 21:11.3 at the Seminole Valley Stampede

2020 (Sophomore):

• NSAA Scholar-Athlete
• Ran in all six races for the V-Hawks
• Set a new personal record at the Mount Mercy Jamboree, finishing the 5k in 20:55
• Finished in the top-15 twice on the season
• Placed 12th at the NSAA Championships with a time of 21:26
• Ran a 5k time of 20:57 at the National Championships

2019 (Freshman):

• NSAA Scholar-Athlete
• Ran in all six races for the V-Hawks in her first year
• Had a personal-best 5k time of 21:53 at the Seminole Valley Stampede

 High School:

• Ran cross country for two years at Sheboygan South High School
• Named Captain of the team as a senior
• Played volleyball, soccer, and ran track during her four years
• Member of National Honor Society, Student Council, and High Honor Roll

Personal:

• Parents are Joel and Jana McDonough
• Majoring in Elementary Education
