2023 (Senior):

• NAIA Marathon All-American
• Set the school record in the marathon, finishing 5^th of NAIA runners with a time of 3:04:37
• NSAA All-Conference
• Ran in six events, including the NAIA National Championship Meet
• Best time came at the NSAA Conference Meet, taking third with a time of 23:32.4

2022 (Junior):

• NSAA All-Conference
• Participated in all seven events, including the NAIA National Cross Country Championships
• Set her PR in the 5k (19:12.4) at the Seminole Valley Stampede
• Ran her best 6k time at the UWL Tori Neubauer Invite (23:47.9)
• Took fifth place at the NSAA Conference Meet
• Took 197^th at the National Championship Meet

2021 (Sophomore):

• Ran a personal-best 6k time of 25:50.7 at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational
• Had a season-best 5k at the Seminole Valley Stampede with a time of 22:01.5
• Placed 16th in the 5k at the NSAA Championships with a time of 22:10.9

2020 (Freshman):

• NSAA Scholar-Athlete
• Ran five races in her first season
• Had a personal-best 5k time of 21:10 at the Mount Mercy Jamboree
• Finished 19th at the NSAA Championships with a time of 22:05

Highschool:

• Earned four letters as a member of the La Crosse Logan High School Cross Country team
