V-Hawks Take Eighth at UW-Platteville

CUBA CITY, Wis. – The Viterbo University Men's Cross Country team competed at the UW-Platteville Pioneer Gender Equity Invitational on Saturday morning. The team finished eighth with 195 team points.

Anya Hirsch was the top performer for the V-Hawks, placing 13^th with a time of 25:01.0. Hannah Butler was next, taking 28^th with a time of 26:24.2, then Vanessa Thomas in 44^th with a mark of 28:18.5. Jerica Mueller and Kasey Jacobs rounded out the scoring in 54^th (29:37.1) and 56^th (29:48.3), respectively. Bernadette Frisch and Kayla DeWitt finished closely in 59^th (30:03.9) and 60^th (30:11.1 )

The V-Hawks return to action on Saturday, October 14 at the UW-La Crosse Tori Nuebauer Invitational.
