Hirsch Earns Spot on NAIA All-Marathon Team

SACRAMENTO, Calif – The NAIA Marathon Classic took place on Sunday as a part of the California International Marathon, and Viterbo's Anya Hirsch represented the V-Hawks in the event.

Hirsch's time of 3:04:37 set a new school record, beating Bea Foley's time of 3:12:52 set in 2012. She placed 5^th out of 35 NAIA runners, earning her a spot on the NAIA All-Marathon team. She took 15^th of 133 in her age group, 357^th of the 3661 female runners, and was the 1695^th fastest overall runner out of 9217.

Her time also qualified Her for the 2025 Boston Marathon.
