Bio

2023 Outdoor:

• Competed in 10 meets, including the NAIA Outdoor Championships
• NSAA Champion in the 4x100, and All-Conference in the 4x100, 100, 200, and Long Jump
• Collected three gold medals in the long jump on the year, four in the 4x100, and one in the 100
• 10 other top-three finishes
• Set her PR in the 200 at the Meet of the UnSaintly with a time of 26.17
• Set two PRs at the NSAA Outdoor Championships in the long jump, 5.63m (18’ 5.75”), and the 100, 12.15 seconds

2022-23 Indoor (Senior):

• Competed in seven meets
• NSAA All-Conference in the Long Jump, 200, and 60
• Claimed Gold medals in the 4x200 at the Ripon Winter Open & Multi, in the long jump at the UW-Oshkosh 'Early Bird' Invite, and in the 60 at the Red Hawk Invite
• Collected five more top-five finishes
• Recorded her PR 60 time at the Dick Hendricks Invite with a time of 7.87

2022 Outdoor (Junior):

• NSAA All-Conference Long Jumper
• NSAA All-Conference in the 4x100m relay
• A member of the 4x100m relay team that took first the the Conference meet with a time of 51.00
• Took first place in long jump at the NSAA Outdoor Championships with a jump of 5.50m (wind-assisted)
• Jumped a PR 5.44m in the long jump at the UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier
• 4x100m relay team set a team-season best time of 49.11 at the UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier
• Ran a personal best 12.41 in the 100m at the Conference meet, placing fourth

2021-2022 Indoor:

• Competed in six meets
• Had a personal best in the 300-meter run (44.34)
• Ran the 55-meter run with a personal best of (7.48)
• Personal best in long jump (5.04) at the NSAA Indoor Championship

2021 Outdoor (Sophomore):

• Competed in six meets
• Ran the 200-meter run (26.41) placing fourth
• Had a personal best in the 400-meter run (1:01.70) at the SMU Drake Alternative
• Personal best in the 100-meter run (13.44) placing fifth

2021 Indoor:

• Competed in five meets
• Was apart of the 4x200 race and placed first at the Frigid Bee Invitational

2020 Outdoor (Freshman):

• Did not have a season due to Covid-19

2019-2020 Indoor:

• Competed in seven meets
• Had a personal best in the 60-meter run (8.04) at the NSAA Indoor Championship
• Ran the 200-meter run with a personal best (27.15) at the NSAA Indoor Championship

High School:

• Earned four letters as a member of the track and field team at Zumbrota-Mazeppa High School
• Three-time All-Conference award winner, Team MVP winner, and Conference and Section Champion
• School record holder for the long jump
• Earned four letters as a member of the soccer team
• Two-time Team Captain and All-Conference award winner
• Named Team MVP as a senior
• Member of National Honor Society, Student Council, SADD, and yearbook
