2023 Outdoor:

• Competed in 10 meets, including the NAIA Championships
• Collected nine gold medals on the year, including four in the 4x100, three in the 200, and two in the 100
• 17 total top-three finishes
• NSAA Champion in the 100, 200, and 4x100
• NSAA All-Conference int eh 100, 200, 400, 4x100, and 4x400
• Set two PRs at the NSAA Championships, including the 100 (12.09) and the 400 (58.71)
• Ran her fastest 200 time (25.43) at the Dubuque Relays
• Recorded her best 400 hurdles time at the Good Friday Open with a time of 1:10.60

2022-23 Indoor (Senior): 

• Competed in eight meets, including the NAIA Championships
• Collected seven gold medals across the season, including three in the 400, and one in the 300, 4x200, 200, and 60
• NSAA Champion in the 400
• NSAA All-Conference in the 60, 200, 400
• Set a PR in the 300 at the Ripon Winter Open & Multi
• Ran her fastest 60 time at the NSAA Championships, recording a time of 7.72

2022 Outdoor:

• NSAA All-Conference in the 4x100m relay
• NSAA All-Conference in the 100m
• NSAA All-Conference in the 400m
• Was a member of the 4x100m relay team that took first at the NSAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 51.00
• Finished third at the NSAA Championships in the 100m with a time of 12.53
• Finished third in the 400m at the NSAA Championships with a time of 1:02.54
• Placed third in the 100m at the UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier with a personal best time of 12.38
• Placed third in the 200m at the Drake Alternative with a time of 26.92

2021-22 Indoor (Junior):

• Set a PR in the 300m at the Ripon Winter Open with a time of 45.23
• Took third in the 60m with a time of 7.93 at the NSAA Indoor Conference Meet
• Finished second at the Carleton Meet of Hearts in the 55m with a time of 7.43

2021 Outdoor:

• Was a member of the 4x100m relay team that competed at the NAIA National Meet with a time of 48.51
• Took fourth place in the 100m finishing in 12.70 at the Norse Invite
• Placed third in the 200m with a time of 26.24 at the Norse Invite
• Finished the 400m with a time of 1:00.50 landing in third place at the SMU Drake Alternative

2020-21 Indoor (Sophomore):

• Was a member of the 4x400m relay team that took second at the NSAA Indoor Conference Meet
• Finished second in the 60m dash at the Frigid Bee Invitational with a time of 8.17s
• Landed first place in long jump with a PR of 5.29m at the Frigid Bee Invitational

2020 Outdoor:

• Season cancelled due to COVID

2019-20 Indoor (Freshman):

• Competed in the 200 at the Conference meet with a time of 26.66 placing sixth
• Finished 16th in the 60 with a time of 8.23 at the Chuck Petersen Open

High School:

• Earned five letters as a member of the track and field team at Pine Island High School
• Named Team Captain and a three-time All-Conference award winner
• Earned three letters as a member of the soccer team
• Named All-Conference Honorable Mention
• Named Pine Island's Female Athlete of the Year
• Member of the Minnesota Honor Society
