Bio

2023 Outdoor:

• Competed in nine events, including the NAIA National Championships
• NSAA Champion and All-Conference in the 4x100 Relay
• Three other gold medals in the 4x100 and four other top-three finishes
• Ran her fastest 200 time at the Meet of the UnSaintly with a time of 28.08
• Set a PR in the 100-meter hurdles at the Dubuque Relays with a time of 15.90

2022-23 Indoor (Sophomore): 

• Competed in seven meets
• Posted 11 top-eight finishes
• Earned a bronze medal in the high jump at the Ripon Winter Open and Multi
• Set a PR in the 60-meter dash at the Warren Bowlus Multi and Open with a time of 8.68

2022 Outdoor:

• NSAA All-Conference High Jumper
• NSAA All-Conference in the 4x100m relay
• Set a new PR in the 100m hurdles at the NSAA Outdoor Championships
• Set a new personal and school record with a high jump of 1.58m at the NSAA Outdoor Championships
• A member of the 4x100m relay team that took first the the Conference meet with a time of 51.00
• 4x100m relay team set a team-season best time of 49.11 at the UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier

2021-22 Indoor (Freshman):

• Landed fourth place in the 60H in 9.48 seconds at the NSAA Indoor Meet
• Took third in the 55H with a time of 8.99 at the Carleton Meet of Hearts
• Placed second in the HJ at 1.56m at the Ripon Winter Open
• Finished the 200 in 28.88 seconds taking eighth place at the Ripon Open

High School

• Three-time All-State and State Participant in the 100m Hurdles, High Jump, and 300 Hurdles
• Three-time All-Conference
• Three-time Academic All-State
• Four-time Team Most Valuable Jumper  
• Five-time letterwinner in Track, Three-time in Soccer
• Member of NHS, Key Club, Concert Band, Marching Band (Commander), Pep Band, All School Play, Pit Band, Choir, Bel Canto, Robotics, and Nordic Skiing.
