2023 Outdoor:

• Competed in seven meets
• Earned All-NSAA in the 400-meter hurdles and 4x400-meter relay
• Earned a silver medal in the 400-meter hurdles at the Meet of the UnSaintly with a PR time of 1:09.21
• Claimed two bronze medals at the Norse Invite
• PR time of 13.25 in the 100 at the Dubuque Relays

2022-23 Indoor (Senior)

• Competed in six meets
• Set a PR in the 300 with a time of 46.11 at the Ripon Winter Open and Multi
• Set a new best height in the Pole Vault at the Warren Bowlus Multi and Open
• Ran a best time 29.54 in the 200 at the Red Hawk Invite

2022 Outdoor (Junior):

• NSAA All-Conference in the Pole Vault
• NSAA All-Conference in the 400m Hurdles
• Placed third at the NSAA Outdoor Championships in the pole vault with a personal best 3.35
• Placed third at the NSAA Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles (1:11:56)
• Ran a personal best 1:09:91 in the 400m hurdles at the Meet of the UnSaintly, which placed second

2021-2022 Indoor: 

• Competed in six meets
• Finished seventh with a personal best time of 9.98s at the NSAA Indoor Championship
• Had a personal best in pole vault (3.12) at the NSAA Indoor Championship
• Ran the 55-meter hurdles finishing with a personal best of 9.60s

2021 Outdoor (Sophomore):

• Competed in five meets
• Placed fifth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:12.69) at the NSAA Outdoor Championship
• Took second in the 400-meter hurdles at the SMU Drake Alternative

2021 Indoor:

• Competed in five meets
• Took second in the 60-meter hurdles at the Waldorf Warrick Invitational

2020 Outdoor (Freshman):

• Did not have a season due to Covid-19

2020 Indoor:

• Competed in six meets
• Placed sixth in pole vault (2.82) at the NSAA Indoor Championship

High School:

• Earned four letters as a member of the track and field team at Rosemount High School
• Earned five letters as a member of the gymnastics team
• Named Team Captain, MVP, All-Conference, and All-Section from 2017-2019
• Member of French Honor Society

Personal:
