WBB GAME DAY: VITERBO VS. DICKINSON STATE FRIDAY

LA CROSSE, Wis. – Viterbo Women's Basketball hosts Dickinson State University at R.W. Beggs Senior Gymnasium. The V-Hawks (8-14 overall, 1-8 NSAA look avoid being swept in the season series vs. Dickinson State. The Blue Hawks (10-14 overall, 3-6 NSAA) look to avoid their third-straight loss and move into a tie for fifth place in the conference.

Last Time Out:

Viterbo lost to Bellevue University, 62-72, at home on Saturday. The Bruins used a ten-point advantage in the second to take control of the game. The V-Hawks cut the lead to four points in the fourth quarter, but could not complete the comeback. Madessa Collins (FR/La Crosse, Wis.) led the V-Hawks in scoring with 11 points. Sydney Koch (FR/Oconto, Wis.) totaled career-highs in points (seven) and rebounds (six).

Season Update: Payton Curry (SR/Chandler, Ariz.) is shooting a career-best 32.6% from three-point range, which is second on the team. She has knocked down 15 three-pointers this season and 51 over her four-year career.

Rankings: Ambree Schlosser (SO/Eau Galle, Wis.) is tied for fourth in the North Star Athletic Association with 2.0 steals per game, totaling a career-best 44 on the season.

Opponent Update: Dickinson State has lost three of their last four games, two to Valley City State and a season split versus Mayville State. The Blue Hawks lost at the Vikings on Saturday, 65-78.

Ashlie Larson and Chelsey Borden led the Blue Hawks in scoring with 12.2 and 12.0 points per game, respectively. Riley Helmick ranks third in the NSAA and 40^th in the NAIA in three-point field goal percentage (38.7%).
