Nine V-Hawks Earn All-Conference, Three with Major Awards

COLUMBIA, Missouri -- The American Midwest Conference announced their selections for All-Conference at the AMC Championships on Saturday, March 7th. The conference's selections represent the best dancers in the conference, naming eleven athletes to the first team and eleven to the second team. The V-Hawks are honored to announce that all eight of the university's dancers and head coach Anna Luz were named to All-Conference rosters.
V-Hawks Finish Second in the AMC Championships

COLUMBIA, MO -- The V-Hawk Competitive Dance team traveled to Columbia this weekend to face off in the AMC Championships for the second year. The V-Hawks came away from the competition with a second-place finish, recording their highest score in program history. Beyond that, the V-Hawks claimed All-Conference Honors for all eight of the dancers as well as their head coach Anna Luz.

ST. LOUIS, Missouri – The American Midwest Conference announced on Saturday the individuals that received AMC All-Academic Honors. The honor is defined as a student-athlete that has been enrolled at his or her school for a minimum of one semester, that is a member of a varsity team and boasts no less than a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
V-Hawks Place Second in Final Regular Season Competition

DAVENPORT, Iowa -- The V-Hawks traveled south to Iowa this weekend to compete at the Fighting Bee Classic. In the classic, there were seven teams performing throughout the day, and each team competed in two rounds of dancing. The V-Hawks took second place overall after the day of competition.
21 Winter Athletes Earn NAIA Scholar Athlete Honors

KANSAS CITY, Missouri – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced on Tuesday the individuals that received NAIA Scholar Athlete honors. The honor is defined as a student-athlete that has been enrolled at his or her school for a minimum of one year, that is a member of a varsity team, completed at least 30 semester hours, and boasts no less than a 3.50 cumulative GPA. This award is reserved for outstanding student-athletes in the classroom.
Trey'lon Salley Named AMC Dancer of the Week

ST. LOUIS, Missouri – The American Midwest Conference announced their weekly player of the week honors on Monday. The conference picks one athlete per week as the best in the conference, and this week the AMC has named Trey’lon Salley as the conference’s Dancer of the Week.
V-Hawks Take Second and Third at Midland Dance Invite

FREMONT, Neb. -- The V-Hawks traveled to Fremont, Nebraska this weekend to face off at the Midland Dance Invite. Hosted by the reigning National Champions, the invite hosted several teams over the course of two days of competition. The V-Hawks finished in the top three on both days.
V-Hawks Win Overall Title at Northwestern Invite

ORANGE CITY, Iowa -- The V-Hawk Dance Team headed west for another invitational this weekend at the Northwestern Invite in Orange City, Iowa. The competition was a two-day affair in which the V-Hawks came out with the best average overall score after two days. They defeated several other teams with their performance and set a new season best high score.
V-Hawks Take Runner Up at State Dance Competition

LA CROSSE, Wis. -- The V-Hawks competed at the WACPC State Dance competition this past weekend at the La Crosse Center. The V-Hawks were competing against seven other teams during in the Collegiate Hip Hop category.
Carly Skroback named American Midwest Conference Dancer of the Week

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The American Midwest Conference selected sophomore Carly Skroback as the conference’s Dancer of the Week. The West Allis native earns this accomplishment for the first time in her career. Though it is her first time earning conference honors, Skroback is no stranger to competitive success.
V-Hawks Claim First Place at Opening Competition, Shatter Team Record

SIOUX CENTER, Iowa -- The V-Hawks traveled west this Saturday to face off in the Dordt University Invitational against several other teams. In their first competition of the 2026 competitive season, the V-Hawks came out on top, finishing in first place overall, and breaking their own record for highest score at the first meet of the season.
V-Hawk Dance Returns Five All-Americans Ahead of NAIA Season

LA CROSSE, Wis -- This weekend, the V-Hawks return to the competitive season, traveling to Sioux Center, Iowa to compete at the Dordt University Invitational. In this 2026 competitive season, the V-Hawks are pleased to return five All-Americans from the 2025 competitive season. Those returning are Hailey Hotvedt, Erin Walters, Julia Steinfeldt, Carly Skroback, and Breckyn Remis.

SHEBOYGAN FALLS, Wis. -- The V-Hawk competitive dance team headed to Sheboygan Falls, Wis. this weekend to compete in their first invitational of the 2025-26 season. The V-Hawks competed against UW-Green Bay and Michigan Tech in their competition.

LA CROSSE, Wis. – The Viterbo Dance team has announced the release of their 2025-26 schedule. The team will compete at seven different invitationals between November and March, and they will perform at several V-Hawk home events.
