Bio

Jacky Mathews is entering her second year as assistant coach for the V-Hawks.

Mathews, a native to Plainview, Illinois, committed to Viterbo University as a pitcher for the softball team in 2019. As a sophomore, Mathews pitched a total of 16 innings recording a team high of 13 strikeouts before her season was cut short due to COVID-19. In her senior year, Mathews appeared in 45 games recording a total of 9 RBI's with a batting average of .311. Mathews graduated from Viterbo University in May of 2022 with a Bachelor's in Engineering and a Bachelor's in Applied Mathmatics and Analytics.
