87 V-Hawks Named NSAA Scholar Athletes
BISMARK, N.D. – The North Star Athletic Association officially announced its 2023-24 Winter and Spring scholar-athletes on Monday. 573 student athletes were recognized, including 87 V-Hawks.
The Winter and Spring NSAA sponsored sport include women's and men's basketball, men's and women's golf, women's and men's track & field, softball, and baseball. To be eligible for the NSAA Academic Scholar-Athlete, a student-athlete must achieve a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and participate in a junior varsity or varsity contest.
Viterbo recorded the second most scholar athletes of any school in the league, with Dakota State (SD) leading the way with 135.
