V-Hawks Ranked #5 in Final Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. The NAIA has officially released the final edition of their Women's Volleyball Top-25 Coaches Poll, and Viterbo University ranks #5. They were also fifth in the previous two polls. Their highest ranking of the year was #4.

Since the last poll, the V-Hawks fell 3-1 at #12 Jamestown (ND) (now #9), and finished the season with a 3-2 win at Mayville State, and swept Dickinson state and (RV) Valley City State.

Last night, nine V-Hawks received All-Conference Honors at the NSAA Awards Ceremony, including Kenzie Winker (Player of the Year), Jada Mitchell (Offensive Player of the Year), Kenidi McCabe (Defensive Player of the Year), Ryan DeLong (Coach of the Year), and Thomas Robson (Assistant Coach of the Year).

The V-Hawks return to action on Friday, November 10 in the semifinal round of the NSAA Conference Tournament. As the #1 Seed, the V-Hawks received a first-round bye.
