Rohde Named Final NSAA Attacker of the Week

BISMARK, ND – The North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) has released the final edition of their 2023 Women's Volleyball Players of the Week and Viterbo's Grace Rohde has been selected as the Attacker of the Week. She is joined by Valley City State's (ND) Sadie Hansen as the setter of the Week, and Jay Cee Richter as the Defender of the Week. This is Rohde's third time this year earning the award.

Rohde, a Winona, Minn. native, led the V-Hawks with two double-doubles in two conference matchups sweeps this week to secure an undefeated NSAA Regular Season title. Against Dickinson State (ND), she recorded 13 kills and 10 digs, and she followed that with 14 kills and 13 digs on .452 hitting with no errors in the regular season finale against (RV) Valley City State. Overall, she posted 27 kills (4.5/set), 23 digs, .373 hitting percentage and three service aces.

Rohde and the V-Hawks return to action on Friday, November 10 in the semifinals of the NSAA Conference Tournament. As the #1 seed, the V-Hawks receive a first-round bye.
