McCabe Collects Second Defender of the Week Award

BISMARK, N.D. – The North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) has announced the sixth edition of its Women's Volleyball Players of the Week, and Viterbo's Kenidi McCabe has been named the Defender of the Week. This is McCabe's second Defender of the Week award this season.

McCabe, a Decorah, Iowa native, led the V-Hawks with a total of 55 digs and 72 receptions on the week. Her efforts helped the V-Hawks go 2-0 on the week, including wins over the #12 ranked team in the NAIA, and another receiving votes. She did not record a single error, and added four assists and a service ace.

McCabe and the V-Hawks return to action on Tuesday, September 26, as they host #3 Northwestern College (Iowa.)
