Reinhart, Garant recognized by conference for Week 11 performances

BISMARK, N.D. - The Viterbo University Women's Volleyball team had two of its athletes get recognized at the conference level in the eleventh edition of the North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) Players-of-the-Week honors. Adrianna Reinhart was chosen as the Defender-of-the-Week and Miah Garant was selected as the Attacker-of-the-Week. 

Reinhart contributed 28 digs, 10 set assists, and six service aces as No. 2 Viterbo (Wis.) went 2-0 record for the week, including clinching at least a share of the league title.  She averaged 4.7 digs per set, 1.7 set assists, and 1.0 service ace per set for the V-Hawks.  Reinhart collected 19 digs versus Valley City State (N.D.).    

Garant averaged 4.0 kills per set as the V-Hawks, propelled to at least a share of the North Star Athletic Association regular-season title.  She totaled 24 kills (16 kills vs. Valley City State, N.D.) and hit an astounding .600, committing just three attack errors in 35 swings.  Garant also collected seven blocks for the week (4 blocks versus Dickinson State, N.D.).
