Women's Volleyball remains undefeated in conference play

LA CROSSE, Wis. - The Viterbo University Women's Volleyball team continued their win streak on Friday night after facing Dickinson State at home. The V-Hawks swept Dickinson 25-16, 25-15, 25-18. 

Kenzie Winker led the way in kills with nine and had an impressive .533 hitting percentage. Miah Garant contributed eight kills, with Maya Roberts and Katie Frohmader each with seven. Lauryn Sobasky had a team-high 15 assists. Adrianna Reinhart had a well-rounded game, posting nine digs with six assists and a team-high four service aces. Roberts and Mariah Calkins each tallied four block assists. 

Viterbo had a consistent .333 hitting percentage in the match, compared to Dickinson State's .080 hitting percentage, respectively. The V-Hawks recorded a total 43 kills and 41 assists. Defensively, they were strong at the net, posting 16 total block assists. 

The Women's Volleyball team will remain home tomorrow for a game against conference opponent Valley City State University. The game is set for a 1:00 p.m. CST start and the V-Hawks will be honoring their Seniors. Follow the action on viterboathletics.com or by following us on social media.
