2022 Outdoor:

• Set a new PR in the 400m at the UW-Platteville Opener with a time of 1:10.02
• Ran a personal-best 800m at the Meet of the UnSaintly with a time of 2:28.05

2021-22 Indoor (Junior):

• Did not participate

2021 Outdoor:

• NSAA All-Conference in the 4x800m relay
• Set a new PR in the 1500m at the Norse Invite with a time of 5:02.81
• Set a new PR in the 5000m at the NSAA Championships with a time of 20:25.59
• Was a member of the 4x800m relay team that took second at the Conference meet with a time of 10:19.20

2020-21 Indoor (Sophomore):

• NSAA All-Conference in the 4x800m relay
• Was a member of the 4x800m relay team that placed second in the 4x800 with a time of 10:47.55

2020 Outdoor:

• Season cancelled due to COVID

2019-20 Indoor (Freshman):

• NSAA All-Conference in the 4x800m relay
• NSAA All-Conference in the 3000m
• Took third in the 3000m with a PR of 11:16.99 at the NSAA Conference Meet
• Was a member of the 4x800m relay team that took second at the Conference Meet with a time of 10:24.49

High School:

• Attended La Crosse Central High School
• Earned four letters as a member of the Cross Country team
• Three year Captain of Cross Country team
• First team all conference all four years
• Member of National Honor Society
