Breuchel Wins Second Straight Player of the Week

LA CROSSE, Wis. – Grace Breuchel, a Freshman Midfielder on the Viterbo University Women's Soccer team, has been named the Continental Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week the league announced on Monday. This is Breuchel's second time earning this honor, and the second consecutive week.

The McFarland, Wis. native recorded her fourth hat trick of the season in Viterbo's 5-1 win at the University of Northwestern (Minn.) last Tuesday. She then scored both of the V-Hawks goals in their 2-0 victory at NCAA DIII UW-Stout on Friday. Her 10 points came on nine shots for the week.

Breuchel and the V-Hawks return to action on Sunday, September 25 at Morningside (Iowa) at 1 PM.
