V-Hawks Open 2025 at Kegel Tier 1

ADDISON, Ill. – The Viterbo University Women's Bowling team competed at the Kegel-ISBPA Midwest Collegiate Classic this past weekend. The V-Hawks finished 28 out of 50 teams with a total of 7027 pins, Newbauer taking the individual crown.

Emily Newbauer, ranked 6^th  in the nation, 2^nd in the NAIA led the V-Hawks with a first-place finish, averaging 222.8 pins over five games (1114 total) claiming an all-tournament place.

Holly Santucci followed, placing 93^rd with a total of 881 pins (176.2 average) over five games. Ceri Deacon came in 132^nd with a total of 817 pins (163.4 average), Thea Laffin came next with 644 pins (161 average) over four games. Over three games Maddie Schwartz came in 239^th , while Coutrney Keller bowled 403 pins over three games.

The V-Hawks return to action January 25 at the GLBC Number Three.
