Piekarski Claims Individual Title at Titan Invitational

OSHKOSH, Wis. – The Viterbo University Women's Bowling team finished the first day of the Titan Invitational in fifth place out of eight teams with a score of 4672 on Saturday. Lynn Piekarski  was the individual champion with a total score of 1166 (199, 150, 199, 225, 186, 207). This is Piekarski's first individual title.

Kendell Sheldon finished 16^th out of the 61 competitors with a total score of 981, with her best score of 189 coming in the fifth game. Holly Santucci was 29^th at 870 with a 172 in the final game, Haley Bogdan was just behind her in 32^nd, shooting 855 with a 176 in the first game and Ceri Deacon was 44^th, scoring 708 in her five games, highlighted by a 161 performance in game five. Heidi Kloostra scored 92 in her only game.

The Titan invitational continues on Sunday with bracket play.
