McCurdy, Stellner Selected to All-Conference Teams
BISMARK, ND – The North Star Athletic Association has officially released it's 2023-24 Men's Basketball All-Conference teams and Postseason awards. Emily McCurdy was named to the All-Conference Second-Team, while Macy Stellner was selected to the All-Defensive team, and Lydia Niederstadt was the V-Hawks Champion of Character.
McCurdy makes her first appearance on an All-Conference team after averaging 12.9 PPG (8th in NSAA), 4.7 rebounds per game, 1.9 assists, and 1.6 blocks. She also shot a Viterbo-record 85.9% from the free throw line (2nd).
Stellner made the All-Defensive team, as she averaged 1.6 steals, to go with 8.0 points and 1.8 assists.
Niederstadt was named Champion of Character for embodying the NAIA's five core values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship and servant leadership both on and off the court.
