VALLEY CITY, N.D. - The Viterbo University Softball team traveled to Valley City this weekend to take on the Vikings. The V-Hawks played a triple-header on Saturday, falling to the Vikings in all three games.
The Vikings brought out the bats for the three-game series, scoring double-digits in each of the games compared to the V-Hawks nine total runs. Brittney Slocum had a solid day at the plate, collecting three hits in nine at-bats and scoring three runs with one RBI. Morgan James went 2-7 with two RBIs and a run scored.
The Viterbo Softball team is scheduled to play one more game at Valley City State University on Sunday. First pitch is scheduled for 12:00 PM CDT. Follow the action on our website or by following us on social media.
