V-Hawks Finish Regular Season at City Wells 5k
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. - The Viterbo University Men's Cross Country team ran in the City Wells 5k on Friday. The V-Hawks took second place in their dual meet with the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire scoring 49 points while the Bluegolds scored 15. Carl Lundgren with UW-Eau Claire took 1st place with a time of 16:07.0.
The first V-Hawk to cross the finish line was freshman Cameron La Mere who took 6th place with a time of 16:27.0. Teammate Garrett Eick followed taking 9th place with a time of 16:59.0. Ben Fleuchaus ran a time of 17:14.0 putting him in 16th place. Other runners for Viterbo included Evan David (18th, 17:48.0.), Andrew Kaja (22nd, 18:57.0.), and Bryce Ertman (23rd, 18:59.0.).
The NSAA Conference Championships will take place in Dickinson, North Dakota on Friday, November 4 at 11:30AM CST.
