V-Hawks Run at Seminole Valley Stampede

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Viterbo University Men's Cross Country team finished 17 out of 20 teams at the Seminole Valley Stampede hosted by Mount Mercy University (Iowa) on Saturday with a score of 359. Mount Mercy claimed the team title with a score of 74, and Donovan Denslow was the individual champion with a time of 24:43.5.

Cameron La Mere was the top V-Hawk on the day, finishing 12th with a time of 26:38.2 Garrett Eick came in 62nd at 28:04.2, and Ben Fleuchaus was 69th at 28:20.6. Andrew Kaja's time of 30:53.6 put him in 146th, and Bryce Ertman was the final Viterbo competitor, coming in 152nd with a time of 31:26.1.

The V-Hawks had a total time of 2:25:23, an average of 29:05, and a spread of 4:47.9.

Viterbo's next event comes on Saturday, October 15 at the UW-La Crosse Jim Drews Invitational.
