Cross Country Reveals 2022 Meet Schedule
LA CROSSE, Wis. – The Viterbo University Men's and Women's Cross Country teams released their 2022 Meet Schedule on Wednesday. The V-Hawks will compete in six meets, starting September 10 in Decorah, Iowa for the Luther All-American Invitational, with the Women's 5K at 11:45 AM, and the Men's 4 mile at 12:15.
On September 24th, the teams will travel to Cuba City for the UW-Platteville Pioneer Gender Equity Invitational, and October 8th will be the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The V-Hawks return to the La Crosse area on October 15th for UW-La Crosse's Drews/Nuebauer Invitational in West Salem, and the final regular season meet will be the City Wells Invitational, hosted by UW-Eau Claire on October 21.
The NSAA Conference Meet is scheduled for November 4th in Dickinson, N.D., and the NAIA National Championships is on November 18th in Tallahassee, Fla.
The Women's team is coming off a 2nd place finish at the NSAA Conference meet last year, after a conference title in 2020 and bring back NSAA All-Conference runners Madelyn Adam, Brenna McDonough, and Vanessa Thomas.
The Men's team came in fourth at the conference meet last year and return Drake Ingold, last year's NSAA Individual Champion.
