SIOUX CITY, Iowa – The Viterbo Men's Volleyball team (1-0) kicked off their season last night with a sweep of Morningside College. The V-Hawks won behind scores of 25-14, 25-22, and 25-14.
Jacob Nonn led the V-Hawks with nine kills, followed by Juan Banda and My Tang both with eight kills. Tang led the team with 11 digs while Banda contributed 10. Andrew Lepage dished out a team-high 29 assists for the match.
The Viterbo Men's Volleyball team will remain on the road this weekend, traveling to Sioux Center, Iowa to take on the Dordt University Defenders today at 11:00 AM CST.
