2022 Outdoor:

• NSAA All-Conference Hammer Thrower
• Set a PR in discuss at the Warrior Invitational with a toss of 43.37m
• Placed third at the NSAA Conference Championships in the hammer throw with a personal record toss of 52.12m

2021-22 Indoor:

• Set a PR in the weight throw at 15.27m at the Carleton Meet of Hearts
• Had a season-best shot put of 12.66m at teh Stout Open

2021 Outdoor (Junior):

• Set a PR in the hammer throw of 45.44m at the Mustang Open
• Set a PR in the javelin of 31.62m at the SMU Drake Alternative
• Placed fifth at the NSAA Outdoor Conference Championships in discuss with a throw of 41.71m
• Set a new outdoor shot put record at the NSAA Outdoor Conference Championships with a throw of 12.82m

2020-21 Indoor:

• Finished first at the Waldorf Winter Invite in the weight throw at 14.19m
• Had a season-best shot put of 12.59m at the Frigid Bee Invitational

2020 Outdoor (Sophomore):

• Season cancelled due to COVID

2019-20 Indoor:

• Placed second in shot put at the Saint Mary's Early Birdinal Invite with a throw of 12.37m
• Set a new PR in the weight throw at the NSAA Indoor Conference meet with a throw of 14.64m

2019 Outdoor (Freshman):

• NSAA Scholar-Athlete
• Competed in six meets.
• Broke the outdoor school record in the shot put with a throw of 12.10 meters at the Saint Mary's Open on April 25.
• Marked personal bests in the discus throw and hammer throw at the NSAA Outdoor Championships on May 10, placing 8th and 9th, respectively.

2018-2019 Indoor:

• Competed in six meets.
  Made his collegiate debut at the Chuck Petersen Open on December 8.
• Threw a personal-best mark in the weight throw at 11.50 meters at the Warren Bowlus Open on January 26.
• Placed 10th in the shot put at the NSAA Indoor Championships on February 16.

High School:

• Four-year letter winner as a member of the track team at Arcadia High School
• Named Honorable Mention All-Conference for shot put and discuss
• Four-year letter winner for the basketball team
• Honorable Mention All-Conference for basketball
• Three-year letter winner as a member of the football team
• x2 All-Conference award winner for offensive and defensive line
• Named to the WFCA All-Star game as a senior
• Member of the National Honor Society and FFA
