V-Hawks Run at Final Regular Season Meet

 MANKATO, Minn. – The Viterbo University Men's Track and Field team competed in their final regular season Indoor Track meet on Saturday, taking sixth out of eight teams at the Minnesota State-Mankato Maverick Premier Meet #2 with 11 points.

Minnesota State won the meet with 262 points.

Jalen Anderson led the team with a pair of fifth place finishes, including running the 60-meter in 7.00 seconds, and the 200-meter in 22.28 seconds. Avin Smith scored two points with his seventh place finish in the 400-meter, recording a PR time of 53.53, and Dominic Marken took eighth in the long jump with a leap of 6.05m (20'7.25"). Hunter Pickard finished top 10 in the triple jump with a mark of 11.89m (39' 0.25").

Viterbo returns to action on Sunday, February 18 at the NSAA Indoor Championships in Brookings, SD.
