Fandrich Leads V-Hawks at Kegel Classic

ADDISON, Ill. – The Viterbo University Men's Bowling team competed at the Kegel-ISBPA Midwest Collegiate Classic this past weekend. The V-Hawks finished 35 out of 56 teams with a total of 7918 pins.

Gabe Castro from Purdue University took down the highest total of pins at 1231 with an average of 246.2 pins clinching first place for the individuals.

Brayton Fandrich led the V-Hawks, with a total of 1096 pins over five games for an average of 219.2, placing 27^th of 387 bowlers.

Austin Calmes was the next V-Hawk finisher totaling 1002 pins (200.4 average) over five games placing 94^th. Knocking 1000 pins (200 average), Nate Arias followed in 96^th place. In 254^th Rylan Schneider would total 566 pins (188.7 average) over three games. The final V-Hawk finishers were Mason Barsness knocking 555 pins over three games, and Anthony Pope with 350 in two games.

The V-Hawks return to action January 25 at the GLBC Number Three.
