Dance Claims a Pair of Dual Victories

YORK, Neb – The Viterbo University Competitive Dance team competed in a trio of events this weekend. They started the weekend by taking third out of 13 teams at the York University Classic with a score of 82.60, then collected a pair of dual wins at the Concordia University Day of Duals, topping Hastings College 84.23 – 83.13, then bested Northwestern College 82.6 – 49.23.

" We are thrilled with our start to the season," said Coach Emily Gross. "The first competition is the toughest- yet we achieved our highest score in program history for a first competition."

At the Day of Duals, Viterbo finished fourth overall out of 15 teams.

"In the coming weeks, we will continue to clean and perfect our routine in hopes of building on our current scores."

The V-Hawks return to action on Saturday, February 17 at Dordt University.
