V-Hawks Finish Second in Wisconsin State Dance Competition

LA CROSSE, Wis. – The Viterbo University Competitive Dance team competed at the Wisconsin Collegiate State Dance Competition on Saturday, taking second place with a score of 385.1.

UW-Oshkosh took first place with a score of 387.7, UW-La Crosse was second with 384.3, and UW-Green Bay was fourth at 370.8.

"We could not ask for a better way to end our performance team season," said Coach Emily Gross. "We've achieved many of our goals for the season. Placing at state, in our town, with family and friends in attendance was a great way to end a record-breaking year."

The V-Hawks travel to Nebraska this weekend for the York University Classic on Friday and Concordia Day of Duals on Saturday.
