Dance Team Releases Competitive Schedule

LA CROSSE, Wis. – The Viterbo University Competitive Dance team has officially released their 2022-23 schedule. The V-Hawks will look to build on last year, when they finished 7th in their first ever National Dance Competition appearance.

The V-Hawks competitive season kicks off at the Ashwaubenon Invitational on December 4th, then at the UW-Eau Claire Invitational on December 10th to close out 2022. 

To bring in the new year, the V-Hawks will travel to Midland (Neb.) on January 21st, and will host a home dance competition for the first time in school history on January 28th. 

February will be a busy month for the V-Hawks, who are led by fifth year head coach Anna Luz. On the 11th, they travel to Concordia University (Neb.) for two competitions on the Day of Duals, the 18th they head to Dordt University (Iowa), and the 24th starts postseason competition with national qualifiers in Crete, NE at Dordt University.

The national preliminaries and finals competitions will be held on March 10th and 11th, in Ypsilanti, MI at Eastern Michigan University. 

Viterbo returns three-time All-American award winners Nyah Brooks, Jessalyn Wilson and two-time Honorable Mention All-American Madelyn Dibble.
