Anderson Three-Peats as NSAA Track Athlete of the Week

BISMARK, ND. – The North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) has officially announced the third edition of their 2024 Men's Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week, and Jalen Anderson has been selected as the Track Athlete of the Week. This is hos third straight week winning the award. He is joined by Galen Brantley III from Dickinson State (N.D.) as the Field Athlete of the Week.

 Anderson continues to hit the NAIA 'A' automatic qualifying time in the 110-meter hurdles for Viterbo (Wis.).  He clocked a time of 14.67 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles prelims round at the NCAA Division II Minnesota State-Mankato Open.  Anderson improved his time to 14.27 seconds to earn a runner-up honor in the finals, hitting the national automatic qualifying time.  His time currently ranks 10th in the NAIA's 110-meter hurdles.

Anderson and the V-Hawks look ahead to this Saturday, April 20 as they prepare to compete at the UW-La Crosse Phil Etsen Challenge.
