Eight V-Hawks Named All-Americans
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The NAIA has officially released the 2024 Competitive Dance All-American teams, and eight V-Hawks have been honored on the national level.
Two V-Hawks were named to the First-Team, two on the Second-Team, and four on the Third-Team. Dancers submit an audition tape to be judged in order to be considered for All-America.
First-Team
Madelyn Dibble makes her first appearance on the All-American First-Team after being Second-Team last year, and Honorable Mention the two years prior to that. Naya Coppens joins Dibble, being named First-Team All-America in her first year as a V-Hawk.
Second-Team
Erin Walters makes her second straight All-American team. She was named First-Team in her freshman season, while Kloey Sanderson caps her freshman season by being named to the All-America Second-Team.
Third-Team
Vanessa Wong improves upon her Honorable Mention selection from a year ago by being named to the Third-Team. Megan Sobotta, Gabriella Elster, and Julia Steinfeldt earned the first All-American honors of their careers, joining Wong on the Third-Team.
