Men's and Women's Soccer to Join CCAC

LA CROSSE, Wis. – The Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) has officially announced that Viterbo University will join the league as an affiliate member for both Men’s and Women’s Soccer. The V-Hawks will compete in the CCAC starting in the 2023 fall season.

22 V-Hawks Named Scholar Athletes

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has released the 2022 Daktronics Scholar Athletes for fall sports. Viterbo had 22 student-athletes over five different sports be recognized for their academic accomplishments.
Eight V-Hawks Named to All-Conference Teams

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The Continental Athletic Conference (CAC) announced the 2022 All-Conference Teams and special awards on Thursday. Viterbo claimed the second most All-Conference selections with eight, earned one special award, and named a Champion of Character.

The second-seeded V-Hawks competed against No. 3 Florida National University (FNU) on Friday losing 0-1.

The second-seeded V-Hawks will join No. 1 Georgia Gwinnett, ranked sixth, No. 3 Florida National, receiving votes, and No. 4 Bellevue (Neb.) at Georgia Gwinnett College's Grizzly Soccer Complex in Lawrenceville, GA on November 11-12.
Yao Named Defensive Player of the Week

LA CROSSE, Wis. – Benian Yao, a Junior Defender on the Viterbo University Men’s Soccer team, has been named the Continental Athletic Conference (CAC) Defensive Player of the Week, the league announced on Monday. This is his first time winning this award.
V-Hawks End Regular Season with 2-0 Win

BELLEVUE, Neb. – The Viterbo University Men’s Soccer team, ranked #24 in the most recent NAIA Top 25 Coaches Poll, wrapped up their regular season with a 2-0 victory on the road at Bellevue on Saturday afternoon. The V-Hawks improve to 15-1-1, (2-1-0 CAC) while the Bruins fall to 4-10-3 (2-2-0 CAC).

V-Hawks Matchup with Royals Ends in a Draw

ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – The Viterbo University Men’s Soccer team, ranked #24 in the most recent NAIA Top 25 Coaches Poll, traveled to Bethel University (Minn.) on Wednesday afternoon and come home with a 1-1 tie. The V-Hawks now stand at 12-1-1, while the Royals are now 7-7-1.

The V-Hawks were receiving votes in the previous six polls, but this is the highest Viterbo has been ranked, not only under Head Coach Luke Dunn (5th Season), but over the last 20 years as well.

The V-Hawks improve to 12-1 (1-1 CAC) while the Tigers drop to 3-11-1 (0-2-1).

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Viterbo Men's Soccer team recorded their first loss of the season against #10 Georgia Gwinnett at the Continental Athletic Conference Classic on Friday. The V-Hawks lost 1-2 dropping to 11-1 overall and 0-1 in conference while the Grizzlies improve to 8-1-1 overall and 1-0 in conference.
