
Six V-Hawks Earn All-Conference Honors
CHICAGO, Ill. – The Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference has released its 2025 All-Conference Baseball teams, and six V-Hawks have been honored by the league.
Xavier Gilmore, Jr. OF, Washougal, Wash., First-Team – Gilmore would lead the team in triples (5), while collecting 60 hits and 47 runs on the season. He would also would sit at second on the team in slugging percentage at .559.
Brandon Jaenke, Sr., Fall Creek, Wis., P. First-Team – Jaenke threw 61 innings, striking out 56 batters, tying for third in the CCAC. He averaged 8.26 K/9 and an ERA of 3.98 that would place him third in the conference
Anthony Sanchez, Sr., Fontana, Calif., P, First-Team – Sanchez led the V-Hawks with eight wins, tying for second in the CCAC. He threw 56 strikes (tied for third in the conference) over 61.2 innings, while averaging 8.17 K/9 and an ERA of 4.67.
Brett Stuessel, Sr., Sparta, Wis., UT, First-Team – Stuessel Earned First-Team recognition in his second season as a V-Hawk, following a second team performance from last season. He leads the CCAC in Batting average (.443) and tied for third in RBIs (53). Stuessel leads the V-Hawks in hits (81), doubles (17) and 262 Put outs, while also leading with an OBP of .477 and slugging percentage of .645.
Gavin Daniel, Sr., Oconomowoc, Wis., OF, Second-Team – Daniel making his second all-conference honor roll would score 46 runs on the season over 60 hits averaging .353 batting average. In the field he would build 92 put outs and 10 assists.
Spencer Hans, Sr., Johnson Creek, Wis., 2B, Second-Team – Hans at the plate this season would collect 61 hits sitting at second on the team with 43 runs, and leading the team in walks (28). He would also turn 26 double plays, and 77 put outs.
