2015-16: NSAA All-Conference... Contributed to a second place finish in the 4x800 meter race with a time of 10:28.46... Placed seventh in the mile at the NSAA Indoor Championships (6:13.51)... Recorded a fifth place finish in the 5,000 meter race at the NSAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 20:03.85.

2014-15: Placed 10th in the shot put at the St. Mary's Early Birdinal with a throw of 5.89 meters.

2013-14: Earned a first place finish in the 3,000 meter St. Mary's Early Birdinal... Placed third in the 3,000 meter race at the MCC Championships... Sixth in the mile with a time of 5:31.35... Recorded a career-best 1,500 meter time of 5:06.15 at the St. Mary's Open to place eighth.

High School: 2012 - honorable mention all-conference...team capatin...team iron eagle award...2011 - honorable mention all-conference...team most improved.

Personal: Daughter of Mark and Deborah Jones...majoring in dietetics...also a member of V-Hawk cross country team.
