V-Hawks Compete at St. Olaf Invitational

Northfield, Minn. – The Viterbo University Men's Cross Country team competed at the St Olaf Invitational on Saturday morning, with four athletes competing in the 8k.

St. Olaf claimed the team title with 38 teams points, and four runners in the top-10. Mohammed Bati was the individual champion from St. Olaf with a time of 24:42.3.

For the V-Hawks freshman, Michah Beise was the first finisher with a time of 30:41.2, shortly followed by Connor Martin at 30:58.1. Ben Fleuchaus, next crossed the finish line at 32:55.8, and rounding out the fourth runner for VU with a time of 34:33.8 junior Andrew Kaja.

The V-Hawks return to action on Friday, October 4 at UW_Eau Claire Blugold Invite.
